Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. E-commerce Orders Delivery
    All orders are processed during normal hours of trade (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) and will despatched in order to arrive no later than 14 working days after the order has been placed unless otherwise specified in the full description of the product listing on the site. Custom made items may take longer.
  2. DSR Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
    Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 NO. 2334) implement directive 97/7/EC of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts (known as the distance selling directive), customers are allowed a 28 (twenty eight) day cooling off period on all online purchases after the transaction has been made.

  3. Liability
    If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on this website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price.

    We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
    Hayburner will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
  4. Refunds Policy
    Any other refunds not covered by the above will be given solely at the discretion of the Company Management. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed.

    The customer will be liable for all return costs unless the goods are faulty.
